One of my biggest worries is that the social media community is spending a disproportionate amount of time at it&#039;s own semi-private version of the grocery store tabloid line in the form of these kinds of (supposedly) salacious stories, as opposed to focusing on things that might do some real good in the world.

Ah well.  In the immortal words of Lisa Simpson, &quot;you&#039;ll never go broke appealing to the lowest common denominator.&quot;  

(And yes, I do believe cartoon characters are some of the wisest people I know.)</description>
